Cristina Cosquieri

Cristina recently graduated as an Environmental Scientist from Sheffield Hallam University. Her course involved environmental law, ecology and conservation, energy production, amongst others. She eventually specialised in sustainable development and the idea of establishing a circular economy.

Cristina brings this unique, specialist knowledge to Sustainabuild, working on sustainable construction, transportation, renewable energy production and resource management, as well as increase biodiversity, accessibility, creation of cohesive and safe communities. She will also work on Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Management Systems, which are both essential legal requirements that assist us towards achieving more sustainable cities.

On a personal level, Cristina Loves being in nature and taking part in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, surfing, and free diving. She says "my love for the great outdoors is what persuaded me to carry out a degree in environmental science in the first place, as I strongly believe we need to do more to preserve our planet." She also enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
